Earthling: Calling the Banana Spiders Home

This tiny being is calling to the banana spiders who once lived in these trees, inviting them to return. There were many; today there are none. 

The stuffing is pennies for weight plus fluff from the neighborhood kapok tree. Other materials: canvas from a discarded tarp, thread, felt. Made by hand.
